Visiting the website

When the site is accessed, the hosting provider processes server log data: IP address, time, address requested, amount of data transferred, browser identifier. The basis is the legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website.

No analytics, no advertising cookies

This website sets no cookies for analytics or advertising purposes and embeds no audience measurement tools. For this reason there is deliberately no consent banner. A banner without any technology that requires consent would be misleading.

Language setting

On the first visit and when you change the language, a small cookie named kp_locale is set (valid for one year). It stores only the language chosen, contains no personal data and serves solely to avoid redirecting the home page again according to the browser language on later visits. It is technically necessary and therefore does not require consent.

Fonts

The fonts used are embedded locally at build time and delivered from our own server when you visit. No connection to external font services is made.

Session storage

A single technical value is stored in the browser's session storage. It records that the start sequence has already been shown in this session, contains no personal data and is deleted when the browser is closed.

Enquiry form

The data entered in the form (name, company, email, phone, country, product, quantity, delivery term, destination and message) is processed to handle the enquiry and delivered by email to our mailbox. The basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for processing and no statutory commercial retention periods stand in the way.

To protect against automated submissions, the form contains a field invisible to humans and a limit on enquiries per sender. No captcha is used.
